When it comes to looking for a property to buy anywhere in Colorado, but particularly around southern Colorado, lets say from Salida south to the New Mexico border, Valrie is the agent you want helping you find a place to love. I know its difficult to think that anyone can be that familiar with that much territory but Valrie obviously loves what she does, because she has made it a priority to know the the people, the terrain, the property type, nearby landmarks, local history of what you want to see before she ever shows you the property you are interested. Valrie showed me property fitting the description of what it was I was looking for all the way from Westcliffe, Co to Trinidad, Co. and everywhere in between!! And even though most of them were many miles away from her office, off the beaten path, on some twisty, winding mountain road, she always knew how to get us there like she had been there before!! Didn't ever matter to Valrie where it was, she was always eager to make the drive to show me a property I wanted to see. I ended up buying two properties, a log cabin home on 11 acres in the Wet mountains north of Westcliffe, and a picturesque 5 acre lot in the Tres Valles development just 6 miles from La Veta, Co facing the Spanish Peaks where I am going to build a home sometime in the future.
